Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Standard Shipping (Worldwide):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Cost: £12.95
Free Shipping:
- Available for orders over £50
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Our Curve-Friendly Returns Promise
We want you to love every piece you order from our plus-size collections. If something isn’t quite right, our straightforward returns process has you covered.
Returns Policy
- 15-day returns from the date of delivery for most items
- Items must be in original condition with tags attached
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original packaging where possible
Important Exception:
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on vests & camis unless they are faulty. This is our only non-returnable category.
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Request Your Return

- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Whether you’d like an exchange or refund

Step 2: Package Your Return
Once approved, repackage your item securely in the original packaging if possible. Include:
- The completed returns form (we’ll email this to you)
- Original tags still attached
Step 3: Send Your Return
Choose your preferred return method:
- UK customers: We’ll email you a prepaid label for Royal Mail returns
- International returns: Ship via your preferred carrier (we recommend tracked services) to:

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt
- Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Amount: You’ll receive the item price minus original shipping costs (unless return is due to our error)
Note: Depending on your bank/card issuer, it may take 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
Want a different size or style? Our exchange process is simple:
- Follow the return process above, indicating you’d like an exchange
- Once we receive your return, we’ll ship your new item
- If the new item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
Exchange shipping is free for UK customers. International customers pay shipping costs for the new item.
Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the issue
- We’ll arrange a free return and either replace the item or issue a full refund
