Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?
Currently all orders receive our signature packaging with tissue paper and care, but we don’t offer dedicated gift wrapping. However, many customers find our presentation lovely enough for gifting as-is!

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship globally except to parts of Asia and some remote areas. International customers should note that local customs fees may apply (we’ll include all necessary documentation to help clear customs smoothly).
How will I know when my order ships?
You’ll receive a dispatch notification email with tracking information the moment your confidence-boosting outfits begin their journey from our Liverpool warehouse. Most carriers provide detailed tracking updates along the way.
Returns & Exchanges
What if something doesn’t fit or I don’t love it?
We stand by our fit-first promise. If any piece doesn’t make you feel as fabulous as our other customers feel in their high-waisted trousers or evening tops, you have 15 days from receipt to initiate a return. Items must be unworn with tags attached.
How do I process a return?
Email [email protected] with your order number and which items you’re returning. We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions. Once received and inspected at our Liverpool facility, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method (excluding original shipping costs).
Do you offer exchanges?
Currently we process returns and ask you to place a new order for the desired size/item. This ensures you get your replacement as quickly as possible without waiting for us to receive the return first.
